Sisters in Crime was founded in 1986 to promote the ongoing advancement, recognition and professional development of women crime writers. Our LA chapter has been active since 1988.

SinCLA is a non-profit organization. We rely on membership to further our goals to educate, nurture and support through advocacy, equity, inclusion and community.
